Miriam's relentless pursuit of optimal solutions led her to reject inadequate approaches in traditional education. Markus, having grown up in a conventional system, sensed a void that needed to be filled. With the support of Miriam's PhD scholarship, they explored the intricacies of human nature, transforming their own lives in the process. Miriam's profound insights redirected Markus's career path.

By integrating empathy and authenticity, Markus formed successful teams that consistently deliver projects on time, with minimal errors, and maintain a high level of self-managed quality. This remarkable experience and achievement inspired them to establish "Turtle Transformation," an authentic leader academy to empower leaders & inspire authenticity.

At Turtle Transformation, they have developed a proven process ("from the inside to the outside") that promotes personal responsibility, fosters genuine connections, and drives authenticity. The company is committed to guiding individuals towards enhanced efficiency and excellence, while effectively addressing hidden barriers that hinder human progress.
