Kara Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kara started their career in 2003 at iLearn, Inc as an Implementation Manager, and later took on the same role at iLearn. In 2007, they joined Tutor.com as a Client Services Manager, acting as the main point of contact for 150 institutional clients. Kara then transitioned to an Account Executive role, specifically focusing on military programs. In 2011, Kara became the Director of Client Services at Tutor.com before moving on to i-nexus in 2012 as the Director of Account Management. Kara returned to Tutor.com in 2013 as the Senior Program Manager for the Tutor.com for Military Families program. Kara then progressed to the position of Director of Client Services for K12 and Government Partnerships, before assuming their current role as the Senior Director of Customer Success. Throughout their career, Kara has demonstrated their passion for education, effective processes, and building strong client relationships.
Kara Hall obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Education from The University of Georgia, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they pursued Fine Arts and Music at Columbus State University from 1992 to 1993.
