Kiley Sweet has work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2017 and 2018, they served as a Literacy Camp Counselor at The Gray House and SOUTH END COMMUNITY CENTER, respectively. In 2021, Kiley worked as a Judicial Intern at Massachusetts Superior Court under Judge Michael Callan.
