Steven Ramos

Steven Ramos has extensive work experience in the field of digital technology and education. Steven is currently the Director of Technical Implementation at Tutor.com, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Indian River State College for over 20 years. Steven'spositions included Coordinator of Digital Technology Services, Instructional Technology Coordinator, and Video Production Specialist. As an Instructional Technology Coordinator, they partnered with faculty to design and develop course content for online, face-to-face, and blended courses. Steven also provided user support for various educational technologies and conducted technology training. As a Video Production Specialist, they supervised the video production unit and developed multimedia content for various purposes, including classes, television, and marketing efforts.

Steven Ramos has a diverse education history. Steven obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Film and video production from Full Sail University between 1998 and 2000. Steven then pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Engineering from Indian River State College starting in 2010. Later on, they completed a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Indian River State College, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Alongside their formal education, Steven has also earned several additional certifications. In September 2022, they obtained a Leadership certification from Tutor.com. In October 2021, they completed a course on "CAD101EN: Introduction to Cloud Development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript" from edX. Steven also acquired a certification in Learning Python from LinkedIn Learning in September 2021. Finally, in May 2016, Steven obtained certification in "Applying the QM Rubric" from QM Quality Matters.
