Rebecca Kulp, PhD, currently serves as a CA Climate Action Corp Fellow at the REAP Climate Center, focusing on workforce development and leading initiatives for Native youth. With extensive experience as an Academic Tutor at Tutor Corps and formerly as a Teacher Scientist at High Touch High Tech, Rebecca has demonstrated a commitment to educational enhancement for K-12 students. Earlier roles include Affiliate Scientist at The Maritime Aquarium, where collaboration on mud crab behavior research was key, and Adjunct Professor at Baruch College, where instruction in environmental science topics was provided. As a Research Assistant at Stony Brook University, Rebecca managed significant ecological monitoring projects and facilitated the Women in Science and Engineering Group, emphasizing outreach to female high school students. Educational credentials comprise a PhD in Marine Sciences from Stony Brook University and a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland.
