Candace Kim

Candace Kim is an experienced educator specializing in early childhood special education. Currently serving as the Head Start Lead Teacher at Tutor Time Childcare since November 2024, Candace focuses on supporting children with individualized education plans (IEPs) for emotional and cognitive delays, while also engaging with parents about their children's development.
