Marcin Grzelak

Marcin Grzelak is the founder of Tutore Group and, since 2021, serves as the CEO of Music & More sp. z o.o. They previously held leadership roles at several companies, including Director of Operations at Sfinks Polska S.A. (2002–2008), Franchise Chain Director at Sklepy Komfort S.A. (2008–2009), New Business Director at Penta Investments / Oknoplast Kraków (2010–2014), and Export Director at Effect Glass S A (2014–2017). They were the Chief Executive Officer of Tutore from 2021 to 2025, overseeing education and entertainment platforms with 500+ teachers and 28,000+ students. They earned Master’s degrees from Politechnika Łódzka (Business and Technology, 1996–2001), Copenhagen Business School (EU Law, 1998–1999), and the Engineering College of Copenhagen (Project Management, 1998–1999).
