Will Li

Will Li is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and business development. As the Co-Founder and CEO of TutorOcean since January 2018, Will has established a global tutoring marketplace aimed at facilitating knowledge sharing worldwide. In parallel, Will co-founded QuadC in June 2019, focusing on enhancing student success services for higher education institutions. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Nokia, where Will contributed to the development of a software-defined network platform that generated significant revenue. Additionally, Will held the position of Head of Engineering at TrialStat Solutions Inc., where significant advancements in electronic patient data management were made. Early career experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Cisco. Will holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Carleton University.
