* Set Your Own Rate - Tutors receive requests from students & determine the price based on the request. 
* Start Tutoring Instantly - There are 4 tutor statuses. Tutors are instantly granted "Unverified" status & can begin tutoring right away. Higher status & pay is granted based on uploading supporting documents (all done in the app). 
* Text a Tutor - TUTR allows students & tutors to connect via Text or In-person. (*Please meet in public places.) 
* Academic Subjects - TUTR offers Academic subjects like STEM, Standardized Testing, Foreign Lang, ESL, & more. 
* Trade Subjects - TUTR offers Trade subjects like Art, Sports, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, & more.

* Scholar - 80-90% of total paid by student
      * (upload) Background Check + (any one of these)
              * Minimum of bachelor’s degree in pertinent field. / 3 references
              * High level experience; 8-10+ years of experience / 3 recommendation letters / 2 additional references

* Endorsed - 78% of total paid by student
      * (upload) Background Check + (any one of these)
               * 2 recommendation letter / 3 additional references
               * Unofficial transcript / 3 pertinent references
               * Endorsed, Licensed by College or Reputable Association.

* Verified - 75% of total paid by student
       *  (upload) Background Check + (any one of these)
                * Unofficial Transcript
                * 1 recommendation letters / 2 additional references

* Unverified - 50% of total paid by student
        * (no uploads) Minimum of:
                * Sophomore level classes [GPA – 3.7] /or/ Junior level classes
