Loralee Onstad

Loralee Onstad currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at Tutu School since July 2025. Prior to this, Loralee held the position of Director of Franchise Performance & Development at FACE FOUNDRIÉ®️ from March 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing large-scale project plans, managing franchise sales cycles, and ensuring compliance with franchising regulations. Additionally, Loralee established the Corporate Partnership Program and created national expansion strategies. Previous experience includes roles at Schwan's Company as a Sales Analyst and at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in various management positions, demonstrating a strong background in sales analytics, employee development, and operational management. Loralee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and History from the University of Minnesota.
