Ats Joandi

Ats Joandi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aviation and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Tuul Operations since March 2022, Ats oversees the world’s only e-scooter fleet operations company with comprehensive control over development, production, and service management. Prior to this role, Ats held various positions at Xfly from August 2017 to February 2022, including Flight Operations Dispatch Manager and OCC Officer, managing daily flight operations and preparing flight plans. Ats also gained valuable experience as an Air Traffic Controller trainee and Pseudo Pilot at Lennuliiklusteeninduse AS (EANS) from January 2015 to July 2017, and served in the air traffic control department at the Estonian Aviation Academy from October 2015 to October 2016. Ats began a career in aviation as a Flight Operations Officer intern at Panaviatic AS in 2013. Ats holds a Bachelor's degree in Air Traffic Control from the Estonian Aviation Academy and completed secondary education at Miina Härma Gümnaasium.
