Andreas Modinos

Andreas Modinos has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and customer service. Andreas most recently worked at Tuxera as a Technical Support Engineer starting in August 2021. Before that, they were with Shuup as a Project Manager from November 2020 to March 2021, and as a Jr. Account Director from July 2020 to November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Tekninen Toimisto Tektor Oy (Tector) as an Apple Certified Support Professional & iOS-Technician from August 2017 to July 2020. Andreas also has experience at ITC-Solution Group Oy as a Technical Support Specialist from August 2015 to August 2017, where they provided on-site and remote support for macOS & iOS devices. Andreas worked as a Specialist at Apple from January 2015 to May 2015, where they handled troubleshooting, product sales, setup, carrier plans, and user training. Andreas also served as an Apple Certified Support Professional at Core Lifestyle Oy from October 2012 to April 2014, where they were involved in sales and customer-facing operations, as well as providing on-site technical support. Andreas Modinos attended the University of Kuopio from 2005 to 2006, where they studied Computer Science. Andreas did not obtain a degree during their time at the university.
