Tuxtla Gas Engineering Ltd. is a consulting engineering firm founded in 1966 by Lyn Rohloff and Wally Palmer, two of the first natural gas engineers in Canada. They established a reputation for intelligent and thorough design which continues to this day.

Tuxtla is based in Calgary, Alberta and has completed oil and gas projects in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Montana, and Wyoming.
