An unmissable place in Franche-Comté and in the Jura Mountains, where day after day tasty traditional cured meats are prepared, shaped in the artisanal old-fashioned way, thanks to forty years of consistency and respect for ancestral local know-how. 
Thanks to this incredible configuration commonly called "Tuyé" in French, a closed structure, decked out with an enormous 18m high chimney, where a cloud of smoke constantly floats with aromas of fir and spruce, we produce quantities of hams, strips. bacon, "brési", pork tenderloins, sausages (including the famous "Morteau sausage") and other delicacies which, with time as an accomplice, sheltered from the shade hanging on wooden poles, slowly evolve towards fully ripe and eventually turn into succulent smokers.
