Neal Sofian

Neal Sofian is the current CEO at Tuzag, a company they co-founded in 1998. Prior to Tuzag, Neal was the Director Worksite & Community Programs and Director Innovation at Group Health Cooperative. In this role, they were responsible for developing programs focused on population health management and individual health behavior change.

Neal has a long history of working to improve the lives of others through their work in consulting and web/multi-media development. Neal is a strong believer in the power of technology to improve behavior and believes that by creating active micro-cultures of meaning, we can make a positive impact on the world.
