Tyler Williams is a skilled Platform Engineer at TV2 Consulting since March 2023, with extensive experience in technical support and deployment across various companies. Previously at Mystic Video, Inc. from October 2016 to February 2023, Tyler provided support for customer headends with Linux-based encoding appliances, integrated middleware, and created custom usage reports using scripting languages. At TV2 Consulting from May 2014 to October 2016, Tyler managed Mediaroom deployments and developed audit labs. As a Microsoft Mediaroom Architect at ARRIS from November 2006 to May 2014, Tyler was the first certified professional to deploy and support Microsoft MediaRoom. Earlier roles include Project Engineer at Motorola, where Tyler advocated for an IP-based design for headend systems, and System Administrator at Randstad, improving automation processes substantially and managing nationwide support operations.
