Lene Eltvik Vindfeld

Lene Eltvik Vindfeld is currently the Organizational and Communications Director at TV 2, a position they have held since 2023. They have previously served as the Organizational Director at Bergens Tidende og Stavanger Aftenblad and held various roles in organizational development and leadership, including Director at PwC Norway and Chief Transformation Officer at Sbanken. Lene has also contributed as a project manager for Science Week Bergen and as an Executive Trustee for CISV International. They hold two MBAs, one from Norges Handelshøyskole and another from the Norwegian School of Economics, alongside additional studies in information work and organizational equality.
