Tracey Scheppach is an advisor at TVadSync and a vocal advocate for the freeing and widespread use of national set-top box data and ACR data. Tracey has also pioneered initiatives around addressable advertising, pushing the industry toward the next level of relevance and data-driven effectiveness.
Tracey has over fifteen years of experience in the media industry. Tracey began their career at Starcom Worldwide in August 2005 as the SVP, Video Innovations Director. In this role, they were responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the Video Investment Group (VIG). The VIG was charged with keeping clients informed and prepared to succeed in new contact environments and investing the advertisers’ dollars across cutting-edge video contact points such as broadband, VOD, DVR/TiVo, addressable advertising, interactive TV, mobile video, viral video and more.
In January 2009, Tracey moved to Publicis Groupe Media where they took on the role of EVP. In this role, they were responsible for strategic and operational oversight of Publicis Media's TV/Video Center of Excellence and was charged with determining best practices for emerging video technologies. Tracey helped invest over $100 million in clients’ advertising dollars across cutting edge video contact points such as addressable advertising, online video, DVRs, VOD, IPTV, OTT, interactive TV, mobile/tablet video, second-by-second set-top box measurement, ACR measurement and more.
Tracey Scheppach has an MBA from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accounting & Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
