Hema Joshi

Hema Joshi has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Hema is currently working at Tvarit GmbH, where they started as a Recruitment Consultant in December 2020. Later, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager in April 2021 and eventually became the Head of HR in November 2021. Prior to this, Hema worked at Evangel. Alten- u. Pflegeheim Haus Emmaus as an Office Professional from May 2020 to October 2020. Hema also served as the Human Resources Office Manager at Moneyfarm from January 2020 to April 2020.

Before joining Tvarit GmbH, Hema worked at People Agentur Für Zeitpersonal GmbH as a Personalsachbearbeiter from April 2019 to July 2019. Hema also underwent further professional training at IBB Institut für Berufliche Bildung AG from August 2018 to December 2018.
