Bach Chen is a Founding CEO and Deep-Tech Executive with a specialization in AI/ML MedTech and MediaTech. They currently serve as the Director of Product & Special Assistant to the Chairman at TVBS/VIA Group, leading strategies for a high-growth AI/Media Tech startup. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Program Director at Quanta Computer Inc. and CEO at Maisense Inc., where they were instrumental in developing the Freescan™ mobile cardiovascular monitor. Bach holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
