Morris Guest

Morris Guest is the Chief Executive Officer at TVH, where they focus on driving growth in complex multi-site industrial services and logistics businesses. With over two decades of experience, Morris has worked in both listed global and local companies as well as in the private equity sector, delivering transformational results while maintaining full P&L accountability. Their previous roles include serving as Regional Vice President at Lineage Logistics, overseeing the largest cold storage operations in Australia, and General Manager at Inghams Group Limited, where they led significant EBIT improvement projects. Morris holds multiple degrees from Victoria University of Wellington, including a Master’s in Economics and a BA Hons in Economic History.
