Scott Leishman is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and advisory roles across various technology-focused companies. Currently serving as Chief People and Operations Officer at Raft, Scott is instrumental in enhancing logistics automation for freight forwarders and customs brokers. Previously, Scott has held positions as Advisor and Chief People Officer at Previse, and has founded Excelerate Partners to support tech businesses in their scaling efforts. Additionally, Scott has contributed expertise to multiple startups, including Quorso, GoCardless, and TVM, and co-founded Scede, where a focus on top-tier talent recruitment played a central role.
