Michael Matcke

Michael Matcke has over 19 years of work experience. Michael is currently the Director of Operations and Technical Project Manager at Creatable. Prior to this, they were the Senior Project Manager at Digital Operative Inc. in 2021. In 2020, they were the Senior Consulting Project Manager at The ProSource Group, Inc., where they partnered with the project team to document current state of contract process, conducted analysis and made recommendations for enhancements. Michael also performed analysis on current process key data elements and conducted in depth competitor analysis to identify digital opportunities. In 2019, they were the Technical Project Manager at American Addiction Centers. In 2018, they were the Project Manager at Trade Service, A Trimble Company, where they managed projects and processes related to data content for over 5 million products in the database and performed process improvement projects. Michael also created a project plan for improvement by defining the scope of the project, performing analysis and quality testing. In 2002, they were the Owner/ Freelance at Tuff Rocking. From 2000 to 2002, they were the Project Manager, Associate Merchant (Associate Product Manager), Quality Assurance Specialist, and Customer Care/ Special Order Senior Representative at HD Supply.

Michael Matcke has a Highschool Diploma from Scripps Ranch High School. Michael has also completed a Certificate of completion from UC San Diego Extended Studies in Full Stack Flex. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Scrum.org and GoLeanSixSigma.com, including a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) in December 2017, a Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM 1) in December 2017, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in January 2017, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in August 2015.
