Rob Svedberg, FAIA, is a Senior Principal at Populous, specializing in public assembly projects that integrate large buildings into urban environments. Their notable projects include the expansion of New York's Javits Center and Nashville's new Nissan Stadium, among others, which have garnered numerous design awards and been featured in various publications. A licensed architect in over 20 states and two Canadian provinces, Rob is also a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects and has served on several industry boards and advisory groups. Rob holds an undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture from Rice University. Prior to their current role, Rob was a Principal at tvsdesign from 1992 to 2026.
