Tim Fedrigon

Tim Fedrigon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. They served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Birla Carbon from 2007 to 2023 and held multiple director-level positions within Cabot Corporation from 1992 to 2003. Tim began their career as an HR Generalist/Labor Manager at Blaw Knox and later took on the role of VP of Human Resources at FKI Logistex before retiring in 2023. Currently, Tim serves as a Board Member at TVS. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources from Eastern Illinois University.
