Darren Brown

Darren Brown is a Staff Software Engineer at tvScientific, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Broadcom Software, where they co-led the development of a backend application discovery system and applied advanced AI/ML techniques. Darren also served as a Staff Engineer at VMware for over a decade, leading the architecture and development of core ML and backend systems while mentoring engineers and securing multiple patents. Earlier in their career, they co-owned InTime Games, LLC and contributed to the development of various software projects, including a mobile application for physical therapy tracking. Darren holds both a BS and MS in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
