David Koye is the Co-Founder & CPO at tvScientific. David is a media executive and digital leader with nearly 20 years of experience building, leading, and growing a digital media business. Previously, David was Chief Digital Officer at SummitMedia, LLC.

David earned his BA in History from the University of Richmond in 2002.
