Loren Cusati

Loren Cusati, MS, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning different industries.

In January 2015, Loren served as an Operations Manager at Facilities Strategic Planning until February 2018.

From June 2018 to August 2019, Loren worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the City of Winter Springs.

Loren then joined U.S. Hunger (Feeding Children Everywhere) in September 2019 as a Human Resources Manager, a role they held until June 2021.

In June 2021, Loren joined SmartRent as a Manager, Human Resources. They later transitioned to the role of Manager, Human Resources Business Partner in September 2022. During their time at SmartRent, the company acquired SightPlan in March 2022.

Lastly, Loren joined tvScientific in December 2023 as the Senior Director of People & Culture, and their tenure in this position is ongoing.

Loren Cusati, MS, SHRM-CP, has a Master of Science in Management from the University of Central Florida, which was obtained in 2021. Prior to that, Loren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Central Florida in 2018. Loren also holds an Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Journalism from Miami Dade College, obtained in 2016. In addition to the academic degrees, Loren has obtained certifications in Leadership Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2018 and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) since September 2021.
