Devan Kumar

Devan Kumar is a seasoned Agile professional with extensive experience in coaching and transformation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sr Agile Coach and Divisional Manager at TVS Motor Company, Devan's expertise includes SAFe SPC and agile consultancy. Prior to this role, Devan worked at NTT DATA as a Sr Agile Coach and Program Management consultant, and at Mindtree as an Agile Coach. Devan's career began at Theorem as a Team Agile Coach and Software Engineer, bringing a solid technical foundation to agile practices. Devan holds a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Mysore.
