Laura Head

Laura has been with T&W Operations since the Fall of 2018 when she and Rick acquired the company and now serves as the CEO following a career as a management consultant.

Her 25 plus years’ experience as a computer programmer, including management and financial experience makes her uniquely qualified to lead the company. She has served in numerous industries to include government contracting as well as manufacturing in both military and commercial sectors.
