Rick and Laura acquired T&W Operations in the Fall of 2018 after a career as a quality and management consultant for the automotive industry.

His more than 30 years of experience and engineering degree allows him to look at situations and problems from a variety of angles and suggest several courses of action.

His passion for servant leadership has led him to serve others through training, coaching, and mentoring.
