Third Bagro

Third Bagro is a legal and public administration professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Country Representative for the US-ASEAN Business Council and Founding Partner at FLO Attorneys, Third Bagro also co-founded Twala and holds the position of General Counsel. In academia, Third Bagro is a Professorial Lecturer at the University of the Philippines. Previous roles include Undersecretary for Legal and Legislative Affairs at the Department of Trade and Industry and Chief of Staff and Legal Counsel to Senator Francis Pangilinan. Third Bagro has also held significant positions at the Presidential Management Staff, and has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University, a Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the same institution.
