Tim Blackburn P.e.

Tim Blackburn, P.E. has over 40 years of experience in engineering and design of instrumentation, automation, and power systems for various industries such as chemical, oil & gas, metals, and glass. Tim has held various titles including Instrument / Electrical Lead, Principal Instrument & Controls Engineer, and Sr. Process Control Engineer at companies like TWD Technologies Ltd., AECOM, and Orbital Engineering, Inc. In addition, Tim has experience in teaching as a Lecturer in Instrumentation at Community College of Beaver County. Tim holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Point Park University and an Associates in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
