Mia Liu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mia began their career as a Summer Intern in the Debt and Investment unit at Nassau County Treasurer's Office in 2013. In this role, they filed spreadsheets, audited data, and updated and maintained a large database.

In 2013, Mia also worked as a Math Tutor at the LIU Post Learning Support Center, where they provided academic support to undergraduate students in math courses. Mia explained textbook knowledge points, assisted with homework problems, and advised students on study habits and methods.

Mia'sresponsibilities include overseeing production activities, managing inventory control, planning production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery, and training personnel. Mia also analyzes data, drives process improvements, and serves as the operations project lead for Power BI ERP analytical software.

Mia Liu obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology from Hunan Agricultural University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Mia then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Mathematics from LIU Post, from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Mia has obtained several certifications, including "Creating a Great Place to Work for All," "Six Sigma Foundations," "Coaching and Developing Employees," "Delegating Tasks," "Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers," and "Onboarding New Hires as a Manager," all from LinkedIn.
