Bjorn Johnson

Bjorn Johnson is a software engineering manager with extensive experience in automation and software development across various industries. Currently, at Twelve since March 2022, Bjorn has held multiple roles including Automation Team Lead and Senior Automation Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Quantum Dot Production Engineer at STMicroelectronics, where responsibilities involved scaling up production and quality control of semiconductor nanocrystals. At Dow, Bjorn focused on developing automation solutions for research chemistry using technologies like PCS7, TIA portal, LabView, and C#. Additionally, Bjorn worked as an Applications Engineer at Radix Engineering and Software, supporting digital operations in upstream oil & gas, and as a Process Safety Co-op at Provenance Consulting, where risk assessment and automation applications were developed to enhance project efficiency.
