Danika Wheeler is a Staff Electrochemical Engineer at Twelve since July 2022, focusing on the interactions between fluids and materials in electrochemical cells, translating experimental results between different scales, and leading projects aimed at enhancing cell performance. Previously, Danika served as a Senior Electrolyzer Engineer at The University of British Columbia from September 2014 to August 2022, and held positions as a PhD Candidate at the same institution, a Climbing Instructor at The Hive Climbing and Fitness, and a Research Engineer at Miru Smart Technologies. Danika possesses a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Engineering in Process Engineering from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador.
