Lawrence Rawlins

Lawrence Rawlins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology field. Currently serving as Pilot Production Supervisor at Twelve since August 2023, Lawrence previously held the role of Senior Bioprocess Lead Technician at Genentech from August 2013 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team to meet production demands. Prior experiences include serving as a Biological Science Aid for the United States Department of Agriculture from December 2010 to September 2013, and working at Bayer Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals as a Purification Lab Technician from June 2008 to June 2009, where a focus was on acquiring skills in column chromatography techniques. Earlier in the career, Lawrence held an internship position as a Biomaterials Lab Intern at Bayer, assembling plastic research components. Educational qualifications include a degree in Bio-Manufacturing, Biotechnology from Laney Community College and an A.S. in Science, Biology & Microbiology, Organic & Inorganic Chemistry from Peralta Community Colleges, both completed between 2008 and 2011.
