Twelve31 serves as growth partners, collaborating with entrepreneurial teams to acquire, guide, and cultivate outstanding small businesses. Our mission is to empower these owners with comprehensive resources and hands-on operational guidance to realize their companies’ full potential.

We take a tailored approach within our portfolio, leveraging expertise to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, integrate technologies, pursue growth opportunities, and execute value-adding acquisitions in partnership with company leaders.

Our collaborative model creates an environment for cultivated businesses to thrive, unlocking sustainable growth and building long-term value across the portfolio acquired alongside entrepreneurial teams.
We do that by focusing on creating systematic frameworks and customer experiences; driving accelerated growth strategies; and leveraging digital innovation.

As a team of investors, partners, and employees our primary passion and motivation is to inspire businesses to grow and thrive under any economic circumstances. Our team operates differently than other firms, blending insight, strategy and creativity with an optimistic yet pragmatic approach to help companies find new avenues for growth.

Because we have all been entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the challenges and rewards that come with running a small business and can provide that invaluable “been there, done that” advice on how to profitably scale a company.
