Matt Waits

Matt Waits is a seasoned executive with a robust background in the agriculture and aviation sectors. They earned a BS in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University and have held significant leadership roles, including as CEO of SST Software and President of Ag Solutions for Proagrica. Currently, they are a Co-Owner of Crosswind Aviation and TwelveFive, focusing on flight training and strategic initiatives. In addition to their corporate endeavors, Matt is committed to community service through various philanthropic boards and continues to pursue higher education with a Master of Science in Aviation and Space at Oklahoma State University. A private pilot and avid enthusiast of outdoor activities, Matt also invests in Stillwater Flight Center, merging their passions for aviation and business.
