Twenco has over 40 years of experience in building Production Equipment for the composite industry.

Equipment
Twenco is specialized in root-end milling/drilling machine centres for the wind turbine rotor blades.
These machines are multi axis servo driven and fully automated machines.

Process monitoring
In 2015 Twenco developed a non-contacting dielectric sensor technic, to measure the complete production process from a composite part (from liquid to solid).
Twenco can measure:
o	Resin arrival
o	Flow speed
o	Viscosity behaviour
o	Curing grade up till end of curing

This technique is also applicable to the Welding Process of composite parts, the melting behaviour can be non-contacting monitored. And additionally, the welding power can be controlled.

Heating
With a long history in mold heating, Twenco developed an all-in-one control solution.
One module on which all heating zone cables (tracing, thermocouples, power, etc.) can be connected and the Heating Power can be controlled remotely. Easy to setup from a small mold to a big mold with hundreds of heating zones.

Process optimization
When you use Process Monitoring in combination with Mold Heating, you get the benefit of a complete real time-controlled production process. Knowing what happens inside the mold and controlling the temperature accordingly. All in a final production process report for to quality control information or for trend analysing.

With our long history in the wind rotor blade production, we also can help you with our Mechanical, Electrical and Software solutions to control and speed-up your production.
