With over 28 years of experience in human resources and recruiting, they have previously held positions as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Grafton Recruitment and a Placement Manager at Antal International. Prior to joining Twentify in April 2023, Ilkim worked as a freelance recruitment consultant and in-house recruitment consultant for Vaillant Group Türkiye. They hold a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and are passionate about fostering inclusive work environments.
