Eugene Padgett

Eugene Padgett serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at TWFG Insurance since January 2025, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership. Previously, Eugene held significant roles including Vice-President - Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at U.S. Silica Company and Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Valmont Industries, Inc. Responsibilities throughout Eugene's career have included overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, managing financial reporting processes, and collaborating with senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Eugene has also been involved in various accounting positions at DXP Enterprises, Inc., Spectra Energy, and Duke Energy, alongside ownership of Pinot's Palette of The Woodlands. Academic qualifications include a BBA in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University.
