Andy Guhl

Andy Guhl joined TWG as a Financial Analyst in 2022. Andy works on the Finance Team, working closely with developers and external financing sources to close on projects. In his role, Andy is responsible for identifying debt and equity financing sources, underwriting construction & permanent debt for development projects, and reviewing financing and partnership documents.

Andy graduated from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business in 2022 with Majors in Finance and Real Estate. While in school, Andy was the Captain of the IU Rugby team and member of the IU Commercial Real Estate Club.
