Patrick Hogan

Patrick Hogan is currently the Senior Corporate Counsel at TWG Global. They previously served as an Associate in the Corporate group at Sidley Austin LLP, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Corporate Governance from 2016 to 2022. Earlier in their career, they held positions including Aldermanic Intern for the City of Chicago, Supervisor of Telefund Operations for the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Foundation, and Associate General Counsel at PEAK6 Investments. Patrick received a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School in 2016 after completing their undergraduate studies at Loyola University Chicago.
