Malcolm Lee is an experienced technology and innovation leader currently serving as the Director of Technology at TWI since September 2025. Previously, Malcolm held senior roles at Vestas as SVP of Innovation, Concepts, Capability & Excellence, where responsibilities included developing engineering capabilities across multiple countries for Vestas' modular product strategy, and at Babcock International Group as Group Head of Innovation & Technology, leading the group's innovation strategy. Additional roles include Head of Business Enhancement at Babcock and management positions at McKinsey & Company and Rolls-Royce, focusing on corporate strategy and commercial operations. Malcolm holds an MPhil in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge and an MEng in Engineering, Economics, and Management from the University of Oxford.
