Anni Chen

Anni Chen is a Developer Evangelist currently at Twilio since July 2025, specializing in demos, events, and webinars. Prior experience includes serving as a Developer Evangelist at TurinTech AI and contributing to content creation focused on code optimization with GenAI. At Instill AI, Anni held the position of Developer Relations Engineer, working on unstructured data ETL for GenAI. As a Software Engineer at AFTEE 先享後付, significant achievements included developing third-party payment API integrations and reducing customer drop rates. Anni also served as Lead AI Advocate and Software Developer at C&R Wise AI Limited, focusing on demo content for government projects and developing a low-code AI platform. Anni holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing & Entrepreneurship from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Foundation degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of the Arts London.
