Catherine Ryan

Catherine Ryan is the Director of International Total Rewards at Twilio Inc., where they leverage fifteen years of extensive consulting and in-house experience across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM in various industries including technology and financial services. They have a strong background in all lifecycle phases of organizations, including startup and M&A scenarios, and possess deep expertise in compensation, benefits, and HR compliance. Prior to Twilio, Catherine held leadership roles at several firms, including Forcepoint and EY, and worked as Head of Reward & Mobility at the Central Bank of Ireland. Catherine holds a BSc in Geology from University College Galway, a Chartered Director certification from The Institute of Directors, and has pursued studies in Entrepreneurship and Business Marketing.
