Chris Everling is a Principal Software Engineer at Twilio since August 2022, with extensive experience at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence from May 2012 to August 2022. During tenure at Genesys, Chris held multiple roles including Team Lead and Lead Software Engineer, leading a core data platform team responsible for event data management and spearheading a complete rearchitecture of the ETL platform utilizing Airflow. Contributions included developing a GDPR-compliant ETL pipeline for large data sets, migrating legacy Hadoop jobs to Spark, and creating a robust testing framework for cloud analytics.
