Christopher O'Neill currently serves as the Regional Director of Customer Success at Twilio since November 2025 and is a member of Support Driven, a community for professionals in customer support and success, since May 2022. Previously, Christopher was the Head of Developer Success at Stytch from September 2021 to November 2025, where responsibilities included understanding developer pain points and building a supportive community. As a co-founder of Support Mentor from 2023 to 2025, Christopher focuses on nurturing new talent in the tech support field. Prior roles include various positions at Plaid from June 2017 to September 2021, culminating in Support Experience Engineer, and serving as IT Technician at Wildhorse Resort & Casino from August 2014 to December 2016. Earlier experience includes working as a Ranch Foreman at Cayuse Crossing from June 2012 to July 2014. Christopher holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Washington.
