David Archer is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and IT consulting. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Twilio since January 2022, David leads a team focused on enhancing product reliability and customer experience. As the Founder of Tropico Software since 2008, David provides IT consulting, design, and implementation services.
